To coincide with our gala author's dinner, we are offering the opportunity to bid on a select number of very unique items. summary pages of auction items, with four items to a page. Next to each item will be an icon, a brief description and the current high bid. BIDDING ON AN ITEM: While on any of the summary pages, click on the icon of the item you wish to bid on. It will bring you to a page with a more complete description, the next "minimum bid" and a place to enter your user name and bid. After placing a successful bid you may return to the summary screens to make other bids, or exit the auction site. KEEPING TABS ON YOUR BIDS: After registering and bidding, you can sign on again by just entering your user name and password. At that time, the auction site will also show which items you have bid on before, as well as the current high bid. To be a winner, check on the bidding regularly. PAYMENT: If you are the highest bidder when the auction closes, you will be contacted by a member of the auction committee.
